“Itachi-san, Zetzu needs watering again.” Hoshigaki Kisame told his partner as he sat in the nearest chair.
“So? I believe that’s your responsibility Kisame, after all you are the water expert.” The Uchiha responded after he finished his Dango.
“He complained that I used too much force last time, he insists that you do it, the diva.”
“Fine.” Itachi stalked off to find the dehydrated plant. He opened the door to Zetzu’s room and began making hand signs that were so old yet familiar.

The entire family knew Itachi was a genius. But he was also a child. And as both a child and a genius it meant that any jutsu he created would be used for the art of prank.
He waited until Sasuke was practicing the Fireball Jutsu with their father.
“Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!”
Now was his chance. He quickly made the hand seals and released his new jutsu: “Water Style: Water Bomb Jutsu.” He hissed. Balloon shaped water bombs flew at the demonstrative flame that his father had made, extinguishing it and dousing Fugaku. Sasuke stood there, debating whether he should laugh or not. Itachi snickered happily from his hiding spot in the bush.

Zetzu couldn’t believe his eyes. It had to be the dehydration...no, Itachi had fixed that. U-chi-ha I-ta-chi was smiling! The plant man hit the floor in a dead faint. Itachi blinked as Zetzu fainted and shrugged, realising he had left his Dango supply out in the open around that bottomless pit Kisame. If that man had dared touch his supply, he’d get a taste of the advanced form of the Water Bomb Jutsu - the Water Fang Bullet.
Prank jutsus were a lot more useful than any gave them credit for.
