Shall my only victory be available in conscience?

A few months have passed, so i would presume that i'm obligated to go through the motions of updated this wretched electronic archive.

I attempted to finish the Chemistry homework this morning. The joke was on me. This topic is so isoteric, i have NO idea what's going on. Out of six problems, i've only completely finished three. The other three are in various states of construction, hopefully i can get help on it after Electronics. I find myself in the lab now, to get myself off of spiteful thoughts of Chemistry. Being on the computer would also serve the purpose of stirring the dying embers of my mind, because...

Woke up at 5:30 this morning, after about 3.5 hours of sleep. Got ready, then left Lewiston. After 2.5 hours, 130 miles, and 4 dollars worth of tolls, i found myself at the gates of the Umass Lowell commuter parking lot. To my infinite displeasure, i found that even though i had arrive mere minutes after the advent of the eight hour, i could still only get a spot in the far-flung Riverside lot. Last year i could get there at eight and park right next to the school. Despite this debauchery, i find it worthwhile, considering...

Spent the weekend up at Aubrey's apartment. Overall, a quite relaxing and nice weekend. I'm quite poor right now, as is Aubrey, so we spent the entirety of Saturday re-watching the first season of Lost. That was a prime investment. Aubrey's roommate has never seen it, so the miracle of Lost was new to her. Saturday we watched episodes 1 - 12, then myself and Aubrey went to sleep. Mary ended up watching all the way through 16. Sunday, woke up, watched 17 - 19 of Lost, watched the Patriots lose (they're only human), then marched through to the bitter end with episodes 20 - 25 of Lost. Mary, that lucky girl, only has to wait three days for the resolution to the tantalizing cliffhanger served up by JJ Abrams and company. Myself and Aubrey has almost four agonizing months. It was however quite nice to spend an entire day with her. It didn't happen much during the summer due to our conflicting work schedules, so when it does happen, it's a special occasion of sorts.

Talked to two people of note on Friday. Spoke to Adam for the first time in a week or so. Despite how much it sucks not having my best friend at UML anymore, i do have to admit i get a lot more work done at school now. I gave him a call on the way up to Maine. We spoke about some ideas for the first I.S.o.S. album (band i play bass for), Arcane Sorcery. It's going to be all about the Sumerian civilization. A few rough cuts of songs for the album exist, so we were discussing track-listing ideas and such. I had meant to grab some books about Sumer last time i was in Westminster, but i completely forget. I had also come up with a (if i do say myself) really good idea for the third album (we have rough ideas for the six planned I.S.o.S. albums), so hopefully that ends up working out.

Also spoke to Crystal for the first time in about 4 years. Quite nice to talk to her again, she seems to be doing pretty well for herself, so Congratulations to her.

I'm not listening to anything right now, but i'm loathe to leave it blank, so i'll just list the last song i listened to on the way here.
