Barefoot in Paris

I made these recipes from the Barefoot Contessa~ Ina Garten's book, "Barefoot in Paris"
I highly recommend it.

Elephant Ears (pg 197)

If you think you cannot bake, then this is the recipe for you.  Very easy and impressive.  Of the three dishes I cooked, everybody loved these.

I  made the recipe my own, by sprinkling with lots of cinnamon before baking.

CROQUE MONSIEUR

These are yummy sandwiches, again fairly easy to  make.  Some prep time.

Made with ham, Gruyere Cheese, a white French sauce-wasn't hard to make- nutmeg, parmesan, bread, dijon

Type your cut contents here.
SPINACH IN PUFF PASTRY

This was my least favorite, but the men seemed to love it.  I think I was craving more of a spanokopita taste and this is definately it's own dish.
