So, oh boy, it's almost Christmas time!
And y'know, I really like Christmas time. But my dad doesn't. Actually, he goes around saying how much he hates this time of year and how he can't wait till it's over.
He does this every year, and it's really annoying, y'know? 'Cause he gets all stressed over nothing -- he doesn't DO anything for Christmas. The most he does is sing in the church choir on Christmas Eve, and drags me with him 'cause he likes to pretend I enjoy being Catholic, although I disagree with about 90% of their views.
Does he decorate the house? No. Does he put a tree up? No. It's the same every year, and every year he gets stressed. The most he has to do is buy presents for me, and I tell him each and every thing I want. And it's normally like a few things.
Sure, he buys a present for each of his friends but that can't be TOO hard. When I buy presents for my friends, I don't get all stressed out over it.
So...I like the holidays, but I wish my dad would get over being stressed. It ruins it for me. And he's been so freaking angry lately.
