I've been often told that I need to open a bakery.
Currently I am beginning the planning process for an etsy shop for my baked goodies.
I know of a few flavors that are going to fall into the "must have" category but I was wondering, of the flavors I have made what you think I should carry in my online store? What flavor have you always wanted me to try making?
Also as a heads up I'm most likely going to be making much smaller batches this year, at faire, but I may bring more than one flavor a weekend. I'm also going to be trying out some diabetic friendly desserts for a friends wedding I may be cooking for.
