Circle Lens...¬_¬
I have a confession to make about Circle Lens…
… they are creepy lol…
I am not sure why, but they just creep me out…a lot! Circle Lens were made so your eyes can look like anime characters, etc…
News FLASH!!! Some anime characters have regular eyes! I think regular colored contacts work fine with cosplays… these Circle Lens just plain out-right enlarge your pupils and make your eyes look like they are coming out of your head.
Although I can’t wear contacts myself, I can just imagine myself with those circle lens in my eyes and I shudder. I used to think wearing them would look cool, but now, everytime I see someone wear them, I just get creeped out.
To me, circle lens’ makes the character you are trying to portray look too unrealistic. Sure, anime characters are fictional, but you are trying to bring that character to life by portraying the character. The contacts look so unrealistic to me, and I just don’t think it looks good.
Sorry if I offended any circle lens’ wearers out there, but this is just my opinion and confession.
