The earthquake was surprising, but it wasn't too shocking. I would say it wasn't big enough to have caused any damage, but with the condition of some of the buildings, it's hard to know what would cause damage. Maybe, if there are people here that haven't encountered earthquakes before, they should be, if they wanted, be given guidelines on general safety procedures for earthquakes, particularly if there's a possibility of larger ones in the future.

Even though it's touching to have both items, they simply serve as a reminder of what I'm unable to do here. What is probably happening back in Japan. Mum, Hideo, how their memories aren't going to be receiving any kind of respect and with little way of the truth being fully shown. How will Serizawa be able to understand if it is left unfinished and the entire story isn't allowed to be played out. I think that Yamano is more selfish in his aims. I don't know if he's acting for Hideo anymore.
