The only other city we know of. Evidently, there were tensions between Discedo and Accido.

It was mentioned recently. I don't tend to go into areas in which there's likely to be a large number of monsters, so I can't speak from personal experience. However, they're creatures the same as we are. As such, it wouldn't surprise me.
