(no subject)
It was a good, yet slightly mixed up weekend. Didn't do much that I was actually planning on doing. Mostly due to the gas/money issue. Mom went to VA Beach for a few days, so me and Robert stayed at her house Fri and Sat nights and watched movies. Couldn't really afford to do much else. But it was good to just relax for once instead of running around having to take care of bank and car issues.
Well...we at least relaxed at night, cuz we did have some serious car issues on Saturday afternoon.
So I'm definately gonna have to resort to another retail job. I really was hoping to get something that would help perk up my resume for an internship later, but its almost impossible lately. So maybe a jewelry store or something equally snobbish for me. Cuz the hospital and the Y aren't even hiring. Ugh. I suck at this job thing. But the good thing is that this summer there are a number of summer camps I can go to and being connected at ODU may actually bring in some good money. Course...any money is good money.
Cool that we have Monday off, but I still don't get this whole celebrating dead political figures birthdays. They're about as important to me as Elvis Presley was...and you didn't see me sitting around all last weekend watching his movies did you?
