So Since Novemberish I've been working out hard core, almost everyday. 35-60 min cardio, strength training, pilates, whatever else I feel like doing that day. Yet I suck, and somehow managed to gain 7ish pounds, and by the looks of it, everything went to the boobs.
I eat pretty well on my own, but I always being sabatoged by my boyfriend (who is a cook) who cooks, brings me my favorite foods, and takes me out to dinner all the time. It's like my workouts are a complete waste.
I've started a new eating plan (the self.com challenge) so hopefully since I am already doing the workouts, I can lose some weight before Summer :) I do love me some 8 min buns though.
