they're doing it again.
and what makes it so irritating..is they're all treating me like i'm an idiot.
rude chick: *answers phone* "USDA office."
me: "hi, where are you located? i need to come down there and pick up copies of both the international health certificate and the EU journal so my vet can fill them out."
rude chick: "well your vet has those. you need to get them from your vet."
me: "well, she told me to pick them up from you..and then bring them to her to fill them out."
rude chick: "no. she has them."
me: "well...i work there. and i can assure you, we don't have the forms."
rude chick: "well then they need to order them. you need the EU passport and the 7001 form."
me: "okay...which is the one in triplicate form..is that the 7001 one form? i've never heard it referred to as that.."
rude chick: "YES. that is the one with the CARBON COPIES....you do know you have to get the animal microchipped and go through a whole blood test and titre process DON'T YOU?"
me: "yes. i did that over a year ago. i just need to PICK. UP. THE. DOCUMENTS." (i didn't really yell it)
rude chick: "well you have to get them from your vet."
me: *frustrated* "okay. thanks. *click*"
and that's pretty much the same conversation i've had with everyone. just flip it around to pointing fingers at other offices. vet sends me to USDA office..they send me back to vet..back to a different number for the USDA office..they send me to the british embassy.....and almost all of which say "you do know you have to get the animal microchipped and go through a whole blood test and titre process DON'T YOU?"

i've done everything i need to do. i've researched it all. i have a binder full of instructions and information and crap printed off a million websites.... JUST GIVE ME THE FREAKING DOCUMENTS. OMG. !@#$%#$%
man, i feel bad for stupid people. i guess they never get their pets over there.
Chance....i sure hope you appreciate all of this.
obviously, i would be devastated regardless if Chance died on the flight or something....but, now..i will freakin' lose my shit if he dies after going through this freaking nightmare.
