i sure am glad i've called 8 different numbers and not a damn person can answer my freakin question. i'm glad i appear to know more about the details of the PETS scheme than anyone else.
call my vet clinic. get on the phone with my vet. the vet tells me to call the USDA office. USDA office transfers me to a different department. that department tells me it's the wrong department and transfer me elsewhere. then that department tells me it's the wrong department and transfer me back to the other one. they tell me to call the british consulate in houston. they tell me to call the USDA office. i tell them the USDA office sent me there. so they tell me to call my vet.
