It is pouring rain and the neighbors dog won't stop whining because they left it tied up outside. I kind of feel bad for it. The way they have the pup tied up, there is no way for it to get out of the rain. It's bad enough that the dog seems to hate the dark, now it is out in the dark in a heavy rain. What I do know is, though, Monkey appears to have gotten sick and come down with something.  She cried in her sleep randomly all night and was coughing/sniffling.  Up until now, I haven't seen any clues that a cold was coming on so I'm not sure what it could be.  I'll have to keep an eye on her and see if it seems like anything more.
