I've turned My Steps into a ticker that will track my steps for each day until the end of 2010.  I did the math and even set my goal for this year.  Right now I am at my max goal of 10,000 steps a day.  When adding it all together I took into account the lower goals I had at those times to it should hopefully remain accurate.  I really hope I can ( Read more... )

When my day was nearly over, before I decided to pick up my MP3 player and walk for a bit, I looked at my pedometer and noticed that I was about 1,500 steps short of my daily goal.  So I put my pedometer back on and started walking.  When I was done 45 minutes later, I looked at my pedometer and the number was the same as it was before I started.   ( Read more... )

If you know me then you know that I am not a religious person.  So, the fact I watch (and enjoy) some Tyler Perry movies will probably be a shock.  I tend to ignore the religion because I like the underlying story of someone finding their way out of some dark place, the hope and personal growth that the character must go through.  I also like Madea ( Read more... )
