Well, I'm alive and feeling not-so-bad this morning. I was concerned before I went to bed last night about how my body would react to the aquafit, but now I'm feeling actually quite well! Bobbing around the pool like a duck with 10 pregnant ladies was pretty funny, but tons of fun nonetheless. All of them are SUPER SUPER nice and the instructor
