I'm sure there was other stuff that happened in this episode but I stopped paying attention after Alex told Niki "if you want me to stay I will." Okay no not really, I just got bored with all the other stuff that didn't interest me all that much. What does interest me? How well these two girls know each other without words. Nikita's done it with Alex in previous eps, tonight Alex immediately knows "something's wrong. what is it? I can tell." It's always the unspoken that speaks the most.
