i've lost 8lbs in the last month or so. probably because of the Topomax, probably because i cut out caffeine and pop, probably because i drink 3 or 4 bottles of water a day...
one of my friends is in the hospital. and i don't really know how the fuck to help her when she gets out. she feels pretty worthless right now. how do i tell her that some of the best people i know, some of the friends that i trust more than anyone, have been in the hospital at one point or another? she just joined the club, that's all?
i'm just fucking terrified that my words won't be enough.
