God is really good. He's not done with me after all.
Imagine my surprise on Wednesday when I was informed that I could definitely transfer to a different line of business that doesn't require vocal chords! I was really shocked. My team manager was very kind because he didn't process my termination. He was waiting for me to show up and tell him about my earnest desire to be transferred. I've got the contract in my hand now and training will start on Monday. I'm a happy girl.
There is no doubt that God is still looking out for me. He knows that I really need a job to support myself and my sister's allowance. He knows that I've got student debts to pay, tuition fees to raise and siblings to help. He knows how much my mother depends on me. I cannot work anywhere else because I need to be close to my school. I am really grateful to Him because it means that I still get to work and study at the same time! Isn't that amazing?
Of course, it's a new challenge for me to begin learning a whole new skill set. I'm not scared though. I'll ace it. All I need to do now is to focus on managing my schedules, taking care of my health and studying properly. I can't wait to attend my graduation, get my driver's license and ace the civil service exam. I am full of dreams to accomplish. And I need money to do it. (Thanks, God.)
Here's my grateful list for this week:
-my transfer to a new LOB- my grandparents in SFO, USA- my mom- Neil- Nikita, the series that entertained me- my puppy, Beyonce- midterm exams are finished!- my black ballet flat shoes- Mr. Donut Twist chocolate doughnuts- Jerome's friendship- prayers- supportive friends who didn't give up on me- my kind TL-
