Apparently there's a mass exodus from ff.net because they are purging Mature fics and now AO3 has crashed as a result of everyone heading over there instead.

So ff.net does something dumb, now my fiction archives are borked?

If you had to pick one fic of mine to post onto AO3 what would it be? I'm asking because it's a lot of work to cross post an old story because I like to link back to it in masterlists and on the post. so I only want to post stuff that I'm really proud of. OMG, AO3 is much better metric of how many people like your fic than LJ. Don't get me wrong; I will always post my fics on LJ. This is their home. But all I have to go by here are comments. There I can see how many people are actually looking at my fic and then there's the whole "kudos" thing, which is sort of like the "like" button on ( Read more... )
