Weekend run down
The weekend just gone was good will bullet point.
- Friday my birthday - Went to Mission Bay with Vanessa, Mark and Luke. Had dinner at De Fontains. I enjoyed the pot of mussels with friends. A couple of beers. Then to the movies to see Knocked Up. Quite fun, even if there was a scene that was a bit TMI.
- Saturday - Throat croaky, feeling an oncoming lurgy. Stayed in bed most of the day, just catching up on sleep, and reading some books.
- Sunday - Lurgy in full effect. No voice feeling crap. Was going to go to Pink’s but just not up to it, and did not want to pass on the bug I had. Was naughty and got the single electric blanket, put it on the sofa, put a blanket over it, then snuggled on top with another blanket. Snoozed and watched Anime all day. Then watched Northanger Abbey last night.
- Monday - Work today. Pretty good so far. Hopefully going to Shannon’s birthday dinner. I am hoping it’s tonight, if not I will be waiting at Gailbraiths like a ning nong, because I forgot my cellphone, and I am debating on either going there straight from work or going home first. (Still undecided)
