talked to Brian about the futon issue earlier~ found out for sure that they do NOT expect me to pay for it, and he said they're planning on looking for a thicker/nicer mattress too:D
also, he thinks he knows a way to divert some of the air con/heater into the garage so I might to get moved out there soon♥ Not holding my breath since I know how busy they are and how tired he usually is after work, but yeah. at least he's getting back on track with it, lol.
