So I finally got past 120!  I'm at 119 today...that's good.  So far today I've had def no more than 300 cals.  It's 6:30 pm and I shouldn't be tempted to eat anything else tonight...so I'm gonna exercise and hope that the scale goes down more tomorrow!

Today was so awful for so many reasons.  My grandma died this morning to start off the day.  Then, obviously it's Thanksgiving, so we've got the whole food issue to struggle with all day long.  Then a huge fight with my husband broke out because I wanted to go to my granny's funeral in Kentucky.  It's so awful that he would get mad at that!  I can' ( Read more... )

Okay, so today is Thanksgiving.  The holiday of eating until your clothes don't fit.  So far, however, I'm doing great!  Put a little on my plate because the family was watching, and managed to eat the healthiest choices, and tiny bits of each choice.  :)  Yay!  One more dinner to make it through.  Wish me luck!

So yesterday was a good day because I really worked out.  I need to go do it again today.  My sides are sore from all the ab workouts, and my legs are sore from the leg workouts and running.  But, good news is that that means I burned good calories!  Gotta keep it up.  Just two more pounds before I'm below 120!  God, it's been so long since I've ( Read more... )

I hate my life right now.  I am just so unhappy with everything.  I know I shouldn't, but I have so many secrets my husband doesn't have a clue about.  I started smoking recently to try and help with the weight loss goal.  He hasn't a clue.  He doesn't know how unhappy I am or that I struggle with my ED.  I just want to run away....
