Howdy from Texas!
So the flight was a cake walk (practically) and I landed at DFW on Friday. Sorry for the long delay in posts! But moving my mom turned out to be much more time consuming than I could have guessed...because she had practically nothing packed. She's sold her house--signing the closing papers tomorrow--so it's clear and tomorrow the nightmare ends.
Unfortunately all this hard work and long days (working into the nights) has had a sever impact on my writing. But I am doing revisions on Darkness Rises (Angel St. Claire Novel #2). I've just started chapter five but I'm hoping that since I revised the first ten chapters halfway through writing it, it should be easier than Lost in the Shadows was.
I still have nightmares about THOSE rewrites.
So, I'm hoping to get through it before I head back home (around the 22nd of August). Now that I have a reliable internet connection I'll be posting again more often and since the moving is almost done I'm thinking I'll be able to get back to writing sometime VERY soon.
But it's 5:30 here and dinner calls...so laters!
