life...
so i was walking home from work the other day and passed out... either the epilepsy or the heat. but anyway i scraped up the side of my face and my knee but at least this time the ambulance took me to holy redeemer cuz i HATE frankford torresdale or ARIA or whatever the hell its called now. i was only there for 2 hours! thats like a record! the only thing that sucked is that the nurses couldnt find the right vein to take blood from so they had to do it a few times and now i have a bruise on my hand and arm. but overall it was 100x better than aria.
im ok. i just have to make an earlier appt. with my new neurologist to check up on things and in the mean time i get to take 1500mg of Keppra instead of 1000. see what i mean about the med throwing?? crazy. hopefully there wont be crazy side effects. and hopefully i wont have them anymore, if that was even what it was yesterday. they dont know cuz they werent there but i was coherent in the ambulance and actually was the one that called my mom and mike instead of the EMTs doing it. so thats good i guess.
in other news we are still looking for jobs. mike might have to go into another field other than auto because of all the GM people he has to compete against now... SUX. and still trying to pay bills and hope that acme doesnt lock down so the union 1776 aka the front end can come to an agreement. if the store locks us out we cant go to work either even tho its not our union. but at least we get unemployment but it prob wont be the same as what i make now which would suck. but if 1776 strikes we get nothing. so they better be prepared to feel the wrath of union 152 if they strike... at least from me. cuz i need the money. and if they make us not be able to work so they can just get a contract... thats not right. i mean acme pays for all of our benefits and we dont have a monthly payment like everyone else... they didnt see that was going to bite them in the ass at some point? just give us a montly payment like my mom has and everyone will be ok. seriously. but the older people in the union were like yelling at me saying they shouldnt have that... im like dude we already have the best plan in the food industry and now you want to throw your job and by extension mine to the wind so you can continue to pay nothing? seriously these old people at my store need to grow up. nothing that good can always be free. but anyway... hopefully they wont go on strike cuz we wont be allowed in either.
in other news, i saw angels and demons with mike last week. it was good but they cut out an entire character and the beginning of the book. so that kinda sucked. but yay obi wan was in it!!! whoo! i know im a dork. but im soooo excited for the new harry potter movie also! lol
