Squats:
45 - 5 reps
65 - 5 reps
85 - 4 reps
100 - 3 reps
110 - 3x5 reps
Felt great, really hard to finish each set but I feel like my form is getting better, and I keep going down lower each time I do them.
Press:
45 - 5 reps
65 - 5 reps
85 - 3x5 reps
Rows:
45 - 5 reps
75 - 4 reps
100 - 3 reps
115 - 3x5 reps
I'm thinking of adding a set of abs to my workouts, which I've read isn't a bad idea after a few weeks. I need to read up on the exercises but maybe this week I can start adding that in.
