Yet Again...
been keeping super-busy.
This past weekend was awesome! Went home on Friday, picked up the baby sis, and hit up Build-A-Bear. 'Twas a cute time. Rose put together a mix between Bob the Builder and a soccer star.
Saturday morning began with a pinata party in the yard, then off to Chuck E. Cheese for lunch. Ate the food (which is never as good as I remember it to be) we older siblings won Rose over 700 tickets on the games, and then I grabbed Bob & Spanky and dragged them up to Plymouth.
We spent that afternoon moving all my stuff out of ML and FINALLY into the new apartment!!! Yay! :-) MyJoe came up to help and it's now that I've realized how much crap I have...time to throw stuff away. I think my mom was right when she said that I've been "nesting"...I want to collect things that I'll need for my REAL house, but I'm now realizing that the limited amount of space I have now makes it not worth it. I just wanna stop moving around...I'm so sick of it. *sigh* And yet I'll be packing up again in December to be closer to Student Teaching. Blah.
But yay for the new apartment. It's pretty nice and relatively spacious (although my room isn't as big as I remembered it to be). I can tell it's had some rough occupants in the past...there's a BB hole in the hallway window and our door has a bolt lock because it's been kicked in before. Yet now that I've been ever-so-slowly unpacking it's starting to look nicer and nicer.
I woke up this morning and that was the first thought I had.
Went to Canobie Lake Park this past Sunday with Bob, Spanky, her boyfriend, myJoe, and his family. Kaffee, Dobbie, etc. were supposed to come to (original idea: roommate outing!) but everyone decided to clean their rooms instead. *sigh*
I miss my friends.
So yeah, Canobie Lake was fun. New water park area just opened and we spent some time there until we had a sketchy
