I can see Nikee doing this and it makes me happy.

Also, totally feel you on the "I've gained an almost disturbing
enjoyment of mundane things such as installing a dimmer switch and replacing bathroom hardware." I find enjoyment in any little thing we have to do/buy.

Will you guys possibly/maybe be attending the club Friday night? I'm coming down for the weekend. You know, suggestion.

Friday? I have no clue what even occurs at the Wave on fridays.
Special event of some sort?

Regardless, if you will be in town and planning to go, we can
probably be convinced to join you. Or otherwise make some sort of plans. But
check with the Nikee, she is generally more opposed to going places with
large groups of people than I.

Secret Dance Night is on Fridays at The Wave. I don't really remember specifically what the music was like(I've only gone once) but I'm mainly going b/c it's the only day I'll ever really get to go(I'm not a fan of Saturdays at The Wave). What's funny is the day before I moved I met up w/ Teri and John at the Wave, this was a Friday night, and I saw you and Nikee there. I was shocked to see you guys. I like that you don't seem to remember you were there. I'm not sure if there was some special event or not, I got there at like...1:58am or some jazz.

I will make sure to ask Nikee if you guys would like to attend. If not, maybe dinner or something? I don't know. Something. Or not. Whichever happens.

Ah, I did forget.. we were actually there for a friend's bachelorette party.
I still have no idea exactly what they played, but saw a lot of hipster kids.

If not clubbing, definitely dinner at our place, or something similar.

This reminds me of a thought I had the other day while doing my grocery shopping.

I was thinking about how much I was enjoying doing something that most people find really annoying. (grocery shopping)

I came to the conclusion that sometimes it's nice to feel domestic as it gives you a sense of being grounded.

Well, it makes sense to me anyways...

I'm putting off the white picket fence and 1.5 kids for now, but
otherwise enjoying cooking diner, doing laundry, various other house work.

Granted, this is usually with loud music playing, and wine/drink of some sort in hand.

I'mma bring him over sooooooon.

He got bit by something on his paw a few day after we brought him home, so we've been having to take him to the vet every morning so they can clean the wound and change the bandage. Sucks. Plus he has to keep wearing that stupid cone until he heals.

We should have named him Beldar.

Anyways, we've also been painting, tearing down wallpaper, hanging stuff, etc. When things wind down, you two are coming over. Mmmm hmmm.

Please do. He can chase our cat around. It will be the funny.

Sucks, indeed, but the cone is cute. In a tard sort of way.
I still want to hug his face.

We still have a little touch-up painting to do, and a few
things to buy, but otherwise it is pretty much finished.
[Which is kind of sad, because I really enjoyed the frequent
trips to Bed Bath & Beyond.]

But yes, bringinate das puppy soon! We can rock the martinis and
whatever disturbing porn nikee has brought home that day.
