What's a good Christmas villain?

Hope you had a good Christmas! Now that we're all coming back, feel free to pocket an extra 3%, half of my gift to the game!

The other half is another idea to poll the game about. Now we've got a Justice League, but what do they have to do here? The obvious answer is a villain. "But Geoff, playing a villain is no fun! Once you get outed as a villain, there's nothing to do!"

That's why, as a potential idea, I'm polling the game on the idea of apping villains solely to be villainous and cause problems for the rest of the game. Essentially, these villains would be plot drivers and causing events for our newly formed Justice League and other would-be heroes and residents.

Quick prospective breakdown of the system:
  • Villains do not have to interact with the rest of the game regularly! A base of operations can be planned somewhere in the surrounding ruins, meaning they are safe from wandering eyes and would-be do-gooders. At best, they could send messages, taunt people, have little one-off thread problems.
  • Villains are largely event drivers. As such, the current design is to use them either infrequently in favor of one large plot arc or frequently as a consistent thorn in the side. As such, they will have different AC requirements - the first suggestion for infrequent villains was one major plot every three months at minimum. We don't want to go overboard here and make it nothing but villain-foiling.
  • Villains do not count against your character limit! Instead, people are capped to one villain, and there will only be a limited amount - right now, two or three at any given time.
  • Villains are exempt from memory loss, for reasons that will shortly be revealed. Players will be able to choose to either come in with some or all memories intact at their discretion.
  • Villains will have a different app system. Villain apps will only be open for a set period of time and will have a different application altogether. The application will also allow for some interpretation; for example, just because a character is listed as a hero in canon doesn't immediately disqualify them for villainy.

Any questions or comments? I'd like to go forward with this and give players the opportunity to set up mod-sanctioned gamewide plots, but I'd like to make sure it's an idea that people who aren't named Geoff approve of.

EDIT: Okay, so this idea has apparently reached the level of "really awesome"! However, I'd like to remind everyone that, as mentioned above, there's only going to be a limited amount of villains, and I don't see that amount raising any time soon.
