Due to overwhelming demand from philcamuk here is my recipe for lebkuchen which I mentioned in my previous post. It's based on an American recipe and I've added UK equivalents to the US 'cup' measures. I bought some silk boxers and was pleasantly surprised when the M&S 'buy one, get second half price' worked by adding the price of all items (of different value) up and dividing by 4 to get the discount rather than simply discounting half of the cheaper item. 63p bonus and a tremendous amount of goodwill.
