On the mend
So I went to the chiropracter this afternoon. The woman's a miracle worker. She commended me for putting ice on it and then scolded me for doing it often enough! She was visibly shocked when she felt the size of my huge bulge - the one in my back which is causing all the problems at the moment. She dug her elbow into a little to help it go down. She would have done more but she said as it was so swollen she didn't want to play around with it too much as it might make it swell even more. Yes, I'm still talking about the muscle in my back.
We shall see what the morning brings. I have some libdem leaflets to deliver in the morning and hopefully I shall be sufficiently pain-free to do so. I'm booked in again on Thursday by which time I will hopefully be almost back to normal.

Still no word on Ashley Young but hopefully that will go through tomorrow.
