So I went to the chiropracter this afternoon. The woman's a miracle worker. She commended me for putting ice on it and then scolded me for doing it often enough! She was visibly shocked when she felt the size of my huge bulge - the one in my back which is causing all the problems at the moment. She dug her elbow into a little to help it go down.
