Attacked
My computer has a trojan horse. I wasn't even downloading anything... just letting my browser idle while I was doing something on my laptop, when I look up and BAM windows start popping up and crap. I think it came from failblog.com, which is weird because many people view that website and have no problems.
*sighs*
I didn't expect to be so upset by it... but having that vile entity on my computer... it's like a punch in the gut. Or multiple punches.
Symantec (i.e. Norton) scanners are telling me it's quarantined, but for some reason I can't remove it from my computer - even their removal tool was ineffectual. I'm getting a little paranoid about it, thinking it may be something worse.
It's just really upsetting because I don't have a backup of all my photos and music and stuff... A lot of my documents are on my laptop or online, but stuff like photos and music is hard to backup for its sheer size.
Luckily, Lauren came over and calmed me down. She's good at soothing me when I'm upset.
