Well, give me an apron and call me "Hazel"!
Here's what I've been doing today:
Watered the plants
Baked a cake for Katie's birthday tomorrow
Cleaned the entire kitchen
Fed the dog and cat
Did the laundry
Washed and dried the dishes
I swear to God, I feel like a housewife over here! All I need now is a feather duster, a floral dress, an apron, and a bit of a pot-belly (which thankfully ain't happening since I work out regularly) and the picture is complete! Alarmingly enough, I woke up this morning cursing myself for forgetting to take out the trash. Dear lord, help me.
Fortunately, the rest of the family is back from out of town now, so I should be able to avoid contracting full-blown OCD trying to keep the house tidy all by myself. Even more fortunately, tomorrow will be spent hanging around best pal ever Katie Fels and celebrating her 24th Birthday! Fun times!
