I have watched the Wire recently, this has to be some of best TV I've seen in years. Clever, insightful as well as actionpacked. I went through all the whole thing in a matter of a few days, a record for me and any television series. So help me, I watched a second episode of this. I couldn't help it, well I could, but my impulse control was even weaker than usual. Since I had trouble hearing the dialogue due to the sound of the dishwasher and the clanging of the saucepans I was washing in the sink, my TV watching experience was much improved. The first episode I have seen of Hogan Knows Best [1] was a bit of a disappointment. Of course I know reality TV is about as real as Star Wars, but Hogan Knows Best not only seemed highly scripted, but badly scripted. That, I will not forgive.
