Winter is coming.

Winter is coming, to my house. I hope our fireplace door comes home soon to Brooklyn. Oh yes indeed because soon it will be b0ll0ck$ cold again. Other things happening too:

So much better than I expected.

This movie was enjoyable B-grade. Not profound, not particularly well-acted, but entertaining enough and amusing enough to take you away for a couple of hours. Also interesting were the shorts including the Vin Diesel vanity piece Babylon AD. It looked irredeemably appalling. The planet's climate is surely screwed, the honey bees are dying like... honey bees, oil could have peaked, the world economy is looking decidedly shaky, and I need a new portable music player.
