Okay, people, I need your help--we have a cooking emergency!
Here's the sitch: I need advice/tips/recipes on how to cook some fish I got. The package says they're tilapia--they are whole (but frozen, not fresh). I only recently mastered baking pre-cut filets (but those were fresh).
So: any advice on baking and/or frying, or whatever ways one cooks a fish (and any other tips on defrosting...?) would be much helpful! (Oh, and what does one put on/season a fish with?)
