Jeepers meeps.....
It's far, far, far, far too hot today. The past week has in all honesty. I don't know how anyone could go on holiday to even hotter countries at this time of year.
What makes things worse is that this weather just makes me look even more pasty and ill, just like the typical Englishman abroad I suppose. Without the propensity for giving anyone in view an eyeful of the magnificant overhang of their belly, coupled with a thinly-veiled xenophobic streak which stretches to demanding the whole of Europe should be able to speak perfect English, and none of this foreign lingo nonsense.
I've no idea where that came from. Maybe a hope that none of these louts have made it over to Germany, but I wouldn't bet against it.
My cat is now even lazier than usual, if that is possible. Though I don't blame her really. I'd be asleep in the shade all day if I had to wear a fur coat in this heat.
