If they're smart at Best Buy, and if they know what they're doing, they'll keep you!

i know...but i had a discussion with my manager about magazine sales...we have to push these subscriptions, its shit, but i think that hurt me.

eventhough every time shes talked to me, i sold well the next day...

and the only reason i see they are keeping that girl mentioned in the entry above is because shes hot, and the manager (a woman) will tell the girls, "flirt with the guys to get more magazines." its shit...if i prove that can i sue???

lol, well yeah. i hope they just transfer me to a different department or keep me on with few hours...im cool with that. love that discount.

That magazine thing is such.. utter.. crap. Let's teach your employees how to scam people, Best Buy. I thought they were better than that! Aw, that's disappointing. Oh well, that's life.

Maybe since you sold well the next day, you redeemed yourself in her eyes. Most managers can tell who works hard and who takes the shortcuts to pretend they're working hard.. or, well.. who, pretty much, sucks.

Unless she's corrupt, like the rest of her company, which might be the case since she's telling the girls to flirt with male customers. THAT'S SO WRONG! I don't know if you can sue about that, you would probably have to be able to undoubtedly prove that kind of sexual bias/discrimination (if that's what you could call it), since Best Buy is such a huge company.

Did you tell your parents about it? What did they say? I bet they would support you on it. You'd probably win a lot of money, since everyone seems to win a lot with sexual harassment cases. You could be rich, at 19 or 20 years of age, depending on how long the whole thing ( ... )
