I am so glad the holidays are nearly here. The only bad thing about this is that there will be no time for the guy at Melb. uni to email me back... and then for me to get the paperwork filed, sent to him and sent back.. I'm starting to get used to the idea of having to do all the extra paperwork and Occupational health and safety training. Grrrrrr. If someone had explained to me properly what we were supposed to do last term then I could have got this done by now.
Anyway...
Today:
- - After French, had RE in which we talked about the Christmas story. I couldn't stay long though - I went to the chapel with Ms. Saltmarsh to practise OForTheWingsOfADove...! which is staring to get boring... and sucked majorly due to sore throat. Then break.
- - TSP - had some guy show us how to manipulate photographs. Most of the stuff I already knew, so it wasn't that great a profit, except this neat little trick he showed as at the end that I used to make a full moon siggy thing. The guy was nice... but quite obviously gay. And single. Was SO tempted to say: "You really need a boy, mate," but didn't.
- - Mads - Neglected to tell Mr. S about Fitchett House Music meeting on Monday... so I might have to try and do half and half. ARGH......
- - Maths - NO TEST!! Mr. Trufitt was sick so we got scary substitute teacher (the second one of the day, Mme Moore didn't come either) and worked on revision sheet. Liv, Annie and I were all brought up sharply when realised that without each other our Maths skills are NOTGOOD. We are a UNIT. But unfortunately, maths tests are usually taken SOLO. So I spent an hour or so after we got home revising indices, and I will do surds tomorrow. *makes brownie promise*
Caitlin sent me a PM - she's very sick. So that's why she hasn't been here for three days. But she better come tomorrow because I NEED HER!! Grr. Alice is being a PAININTHEBUM and wants me to watch another movie with her, so signing off after a couple o' facts I forgot about this morning...
- Science test: 94%!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay! So far, all tests in the 90s. But will not be so for English or 2nd Maths test, methinks.
- Finished Media thingy yesterday - looks and sounds GORGEOUS. Will show everyone who is available tomorrow in Media. They will swoon before my brilliance.
