anyone still reading this and looking for gems, this is it. this is the one that you've been waiting for.... at the age of 23, with no real schooling accomplished, nor any real income to speak of, with not even so much as a marriage on my belt, i bought a house.
a real nice one, too: wood floors, new appliances, an amazing custom kitchen and bathroom, and a very useful shed, all on a nice piece of property in alachua county.
so i'm pretty proud of myself. that's nothing new, of course, but it has been growing legitimate lately. i have to go pack boxes, now, construct a henhouse for my girls, and figure out how i want to arrange the two raised garden beds i'm installing in the yard. other future plans include (in the near-term) intelligentsia brewing equipment, as well as (in the long-term) solar panels. in between, rain barrels.
other topic of note, i have increased my contribution to the political cause of marijuana legalization. a little money never hurt anyone, just like a little grass every now and again.
