C25K workout 2 a success. I managed to pump up my walking speed to compensate for running too hard too quickly on Monday. That seemed to work out well as I didn't have to cheat on the running intervals. I also didn't cramp up in my feet or my side as quickly. I bought a pair of new running shoes (mine are two years old!) to motivate me on this process. I didn't get a chance to workout yesterday, because I was sitting in a dealership waiting for my car to be tuned up. WEll, it's done now, and we will be safe on our Labor Day travels.
