Certainly. Some of the only euphoric memories of my life are inextricably tied to song. I reach crazy heights of intensity of feeling that way. Just two days ago, I was listening to "Lover of the Light" by Mumford and Sons for the first time and I was crying before the song was over because of the strength of feeling that it gave me. "I'll Believe in Anything" by Wolf Parade and "Pitter Patter Goes My Heart" by Broken Social Scene do this to me as well. "Niji" by Denki Groove always makes me euphoric. Once my freshman year of college in the spring, I grabbed my little 750 mb mp3 player and ran outside to jog in circles over the grass while listening to the Rilo Kiley album "The Execution of All Things" at top volume. God, now there's a record of distilled joy ( ... )

Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus. I actually really hate that song, but it seems like every time I'm in a car with my best friends and we're on our way somewhere and acting crazy, that song comes on the radio. And because it's just so stupid and ridiculous, we crank it up and we all belt it out and make the car shake.
