I’m lucky enough to have a bunch of friends who are creative. Some draw brilliantly, others design and make costume, and some have an entertaining way with words that leads me to look forward to their next blog post. Every now and again, often when I'm travelling past lots of houses on a train or similar, it hits me just how many people there are all over the place. I tend to wonder what their lives are like, what big events have happened to them recently, what sort of story their life is to them, with them as the protagonist. Just a quicky. I've just got back in from seeing "Much Ado About Nothing" performed in King's College Gardens. It was brilliant. It's easy to see how Shakespeare got his reputation, so much more so than when you just read his plays in class. Them being performed makes so much of a difference and it makes you wonder why they don't automatically try ( Read more... )
