When I adopted Cappie, I had no idea what he was.  He came from a shelter, and was a stray, so no one had any idea what he was.  They had him listed as a "terrier mix."  Probably because of his Jack Russell-esque colors.  But he has long, soft hair.  Not the typical wire/course hair of a long-haired terrier.  And he doesn't have that funky terrier ( Read more... )
