I had forgotten how nice it feels to be "taken care of"/"tucked in".

If I had known 3 years ago, that my life was going to change as much as it was today.... *small wistful smile*

In quiet, things are renewed. Another year begun.... and Dionysos, Bacchus, and a Venetian Wife looked upon the the 70's porn music makers as they painted the sky with stars. Flying food and ripped nylons, cut-out hearts and sweet floral palates. One... Two... Three barbed wth thorns. From a kiss and back again.....

Evening turns to Night to Early Morn...
And a steady beat keeps me company.
Hours slip into a kiss.
A quick snap,
Acts of Love and Beauty seen by some.
A mourning visit of silence and flashes,
to bring closure.
Words missed, but closer.
And a cup of tea to soothe the worried heart.

There are so many overwhelming thoughts from last night.... *small sigh* I'm still trying to figure out if maybe it was all a dream... and then, I'll hear the small jingle of a little silver, handmade o-ring or see the ribbons along my shoulder... and know it wasn't and isn't.

Last night was a decent night, overall. Nothing major happened (at least not at the club... all the "drama" happened before we left). Killed my bottle of B-day Tuaca before I left for the club, had 2 drinks bought for me at the club... and danced most of the night. It wasn't my usual "hard dancing", but it still felt good. Ginger Brandy, The Tomb, Roman Pillars, dark alcoves, being dressed for the moon, insomniac morning birds singing praise in the wee hours, "the lady" watching over us, trains passing by, new bouncy balls, and a lot of things in short periods of time.

Mornings when the sun is shining, the day is warm, you're wearing a super soft shirt of your love's, frozen lemon lunchbox pies for breakfast, overly sweet gas station coffee, and the notes of a violin being played...
