Good news, everyone! My story "The Specialist is now up on Abyss & Apex. This one is based on my wife's life as a NICU nurse and my experiences during the births of my three children. Marisol's traumatic, unplanned c-section is exactly like the one my wife had to go through when our third child was born. There were a lot less faeries around then,

Deepwood Publishing just released The Ways of Magic. My story "Aggressive Corpse" is in there, so check it out!

"Aggressive Corpse" takes place in the city of Caldierra, which has appeared in several stories of mine, including "A Reason to Fear Life, a Reason to Crave Death" from Electric Velocipede and "Caput Mortuum" from Daily Science Fiction.
