So I got married...
So back on the 20th of this month, I got married. Then I took a week off to go to the coast for our honeymoon. It was very nice.
The wedding was awesome. We had over 260 people attend and it was a packed house, without being too crowded. The service went well, it was mostly serious with some heartfelt moments, but also, our priest did a fantastic job of injecting some nice humor into it as well.
The food was fantastic, and unlike a lot of people that I know who have gotten married, we actually got to eat the food we bought.
And of course it should go without saying that both Lara and I looked great. She was beautiful, and I was handsome(at least that is what I was told).
I was worried about the wedding since I had a cold the week the before, and wasn't sure if it would be gone by the big day. Luckily it was.
Not so lucky was halfway through our week at the coast. We are both at home now down with some serious colds. Worst part is that my symptoms are about 2 days behind hers, so I get to see what I have to look forward to. Lucky me.
For those of you that know me and were able to attend, thank you, I hope you had a great time. For those that know me, and couldn't or weren't invited to come, I'm sorry you weren't there.
