I remember Homeworld, from the long ago years before the millenium.

It looked pretty, and you got to have epic space battles in 3D.

I knew I'd be buying it, if not on launch day then soon afterward, so I did pre-order for the fairly small discount.

-- Steve was reasonably content to get two games for ~$30CAD. (Arguably four, if you want to be unduly generous and count the non-HD versions included.)

I loved Homeworld II, which ran on my XP machine. Fantastic game. I had long enthusiastic discussions with a fan of the first one who'd never played the second. So I picked up a second-hand copy of Homeworld I and tried quite hard to get it to run, in assorted DosBox-y ways, but never succeeded.

Therefore, I am most definitely buying this pack :)
