"I mean, what's the worse that can happen?" "Apocalypse."

So the Christmas break came and went, and I believe I owe you a note about what's happened around. In case you'd care or something. :) In points and under cuts for organisational purposes.

# I've spent it with my mother, step-father and uncle (mother's brother) and it was pretty awesome. Except for the fact that we had close to no money after the first Christmas' shopping so it wasn't rich in any way or form.

# We've had movie marathon's and it was pretty great. I got a great laugh from Comodo contra Cobra, but got sent to make tea for the suggestion that perhaps we should leave Dawn of the Dead for the Easter.

# Later on I also watched Sherlock with my parents. All three episodes in one go. And they liked it. (Except for the ending, but can't really blame them.) My mother even laughed at Moriarty's jokes. (This family is full of psychos.)

# I've got a watch and a bracelet. The bracelet is crappy, because it falls apart, but still not terrible. Watch is really cool. Both me and my mom are in shock that my stepdad managed to pick something so neat. (Yes, we are awful.)

# I've eaten more than I did in the month before Christmas, I think. And I didn't even mind. Important note is that I told my mum about my eating problems and she seemed worried, but not terrified, so we're good. Didn't even call me a freak! (In that context, I mean.)

# The heater in my room didn't work for most time, so I slept in several layers of clothes and under two duvets and a warm, fuzzy blanket. Somehow I survived.

# My parents really annoyed me only once and the next day we were fine again. So that's a win.

# I cut my hair. They're still long enough to tie (mostly due to my parents problems). They reach just a bit below my shoulders and look much better. (And my mother had a giggling fit, when she saw my self-made bangs.)

# I really, really didn't want to leave.

# As you know, my computer crash. After lots of troubles it's more or less saved now, though the nice IT man said it may die any time now. I hope this perspective won't change him into a serial killer.

# I have all my files and so I will eventually finish the promised fanmixes. No fear.

# Spent with megan_moonlight, femaleshinigami and nati-nio.

# We watched The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes (and loved it) and I assumed we would spent a lot time talking about Sherlock, as we all watched it and enjoyed it and some of us (me) are obsessed. However even I couldn't predict we will spent half the night or so talking about Anderson.

# Two out of three of us that slept dreamed of Mycroft. Apparently talking about Anderson so much does that to you.

# I'm apparently supposed to write turtle!au. No, I don't know either.

# Anybody remembers my SPN mixes with songs? I'm working on Sherlock one. (And 2nd part of the SPN PL MIX.)

# I was most terrified when Josh crashed about my XF icons I didn't yet post. So I will probably finally get around posting the rest of them. Hopefully.

# I will post some list next week of things I posted around. Hopefully I will manage to post all the fics I planned by then. (I have some to type in, thanks to comp crash I had to handwrite them.)

# I joined sherlock_remix and spn_j2_bigbang. I don't know obviously what I would remix for the first challenge (assignments get sent by the end of the month or so), but for supernatural bigbang I'm planning to finally write John/Azazel. I planned on writing supernatural this year (I have this resolution about at least one bigbang for every main of my fandom) and I decided to drag out this old bunny of mine... We shall see.

# One of my New Year's resolutions was to be a better to my flatmates. Politness and fake interest, and all that social nonsense. However it turned really hard, when my roommate decided to really share too much information with me. I gather that talking about cramps and periods is normal for females, so I stopped trying to stop them. However I really didn't need to know what she sounds, when she comes. REALLY. If I were interested in what sex sounds like I would watch porn, not read it.

# Since I had to pay for the last month in this flat and only later on get back my security deposit, I pretty much have no money to move in the new place even if I'd find it. Hopefully if I will move in with my current roommate she'll be able to lend me some cash for a week or two.

# For some reason I really dislike current boyfriend of my roommate. The past one wasn't so annoying. Perhaps part of it is that K. gets more annoying the more she gets attached to some male. And she's more attached to this one.

# Obviously I didn't do almost anything from what I hoped to do. My bachelor's thesis is nowhere close to starting even and I have exams in two weeks and don't know enough to be close to barely pass even.

# Supernatural: I finally watched all the latest episodes. And I'm not complaining. See this? That's me not complaining. XD I know, shocking, but I actually pretty much liked those eps.

(1) Crowley's death: Yes, fine, I liked Crowley and I agree there are way stupider characters to kill off, BUT not killing Crowley up to this point was annoying me. Why? Oh, remember the character called Ruby? And how she turned out to be a traterous bitch, because you can't co-operate with demons? And how she got killed? She was a proof that angels may not be perfect, but demons are always evil and can't help out even if it's in their best interest. And then came Crowley and fucked with this scheme. And yes, he was nice and interesting, but it was annoying that he didn't get killed off just because he's charismatic. Seriously. I can deal with that, even be glad, when it's about main characters, but Crowley? Come on.
Also, his death was freaking epic. BAMF!Castiel FTW ♥

(2) Castiel/Meg: ... I didn't know I needed it in my life until it happened.

(3) Sam: I wouldn't go as far as to say I like him or that he's great, because he isn't and creeps me out quite a lot. However he is rather epic now they stoped playing with his sex-obsessed part of persona. And the only thing I feel mixed about is: I'm sort of worried, now with the soul back, he'll be emo again. But maybe that will make Dean less emo, so there's hope.

(4) Death: Tessa annoys the living shit out of me. Death is epic as always. Also, to all BBC Sherlock fans: DEATH LOOKS LIKE OLD ANDERSON, Y/Y?!

# Glee: Is epic. Plot-less, yes. But it always is, I seriously see no point to notice it now. I'm sort of annoyed with Kurt's new crush, but whatever. Puck&Artie frienship is fascinating, Britney rocks and Shue/Sue wins at life. (And I'm addicted to new songs as well.)

to BBC Sherlock fans watching Glee: Singing in the Rain/Umbrella = Mycroft/Anthea, Y/Y?

# Leverage: I think Christmas episode was one of my favorites in the whole show. Eliot dresses as Santa was epic, but the scene at the end with Nate giving the team their present? Most adorable thing in the whole world.

I finally resolved the problems of posts' topics! I have quotes in my calendar for every day for a reason after all :D

sherlock (bbc), life, leverage, christmas, reality is overrated, university, glee, supernatural, life sucks
