Interestly enough, I was talking to the executive producers about sites for the television show run more like TheOneRing.com than actually, officially and they seemed very interested.

I certainly think it's a good idea. And if they ever tell me anything...

I will start working on a fan site.

I know a few people who've worked in television and I'm amazed anything ever gets done. Stuff seems to sit around for years and then suddenly it appears, or not. The relationship between writing and production seems very tenuous. I think there's a rule that they don't tell the writer anything. :)
